Support for when you need it most

Living with a long-term condition, rare disease or cancer affect many aspects of your life, not just your physical health. Practical advice, emotional support and connections with others who understand what you're going through can all play an important role in helping you navigate treatment and everyday life.

We've brought together a range of organisations and resources that may be able to provide additional information, guidance and support for patients, families and carers. Whether you're looking for help managing treatment, financial advice, wellbeing support or community connections, these resources may be a useful place to start.

Maggie’s is a charity providing free cancer support and information in centres across the UK and online.

Macmillan Cancer Support is here to listen, support you through treatment, and help with money. We fundraise so we can do whatever it takes.

Marie Curie provide care and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. Last year we cared for over 40000 people across the UK.
